Terms of use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Best Forever Matrimonial (“Bestforever”, “BFM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting a biodata, using contact access, registering for a Melava, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided only to facilitate genuine introductions for lawful matrimonial purposes. It is not intended for casual dating, commercial solicitation, escort services, or any unlawful purpose.

You must be legally competent to enter into this agreement and the person represented by a matrimonial profile must be of lawful marriageable age and legally free to pursue marriage under the laws applicable to them. You must not use the service where prohibited by law or court order.

2. Accounts, biodatas and profile responsibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account and profile information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting your password, phone, email, and devices from unauthorised access.

You may create a profile for yourself or, with clear authority, for a family member. You must not impersonate another person, create a profile without permission, upload misleading photographs or documents, conceal a current marriage, or provide materially false information about age, education, profession, income, family, health, or marital status.

An account and a matrimonial biodata are separate records. One account may own more than one biodata where the service permits it. Registration drafts and generated PDF biodatas are private and are not public search profiles.

Completed profiles are subject to moderation. Only approved and live profiles may appear in public search. We may request clarification, reject content, require changes, temporarily hide a profile after owner edits, or mark a profile as married or inactive. Moderation reduces obvious misuse but is not a guarantee that every statement has been independently verified.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Bestforever respectfully and only for personal matrimonial discovery. You must not:

• harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, exploit, or deceive another person;
• request money, promote investments, conduct sales, recruit, advertise, or send spam;
• post obscene, defamatory, hateful, infringing, illegal, or unsafe content;
• collect, publish, sell, or misuse another member’s photographs, biodata, contact details, or family information;
• scrape profiles, use bots or automated tools, bypass access controls, probe security, or interfere with the website;
• share login credentials or resell contact access, wallet credits, registrations, or any part of the service;
• submit viruses, malicious code, fraudulent payment information, or false reports; or
• use information obtained through BFM for any purpose unrelated to evaluating a potential marriage alliance.

We may investigate reports and preserve relevant records. Please report suspicious profiles or conduct to our support team and contact local authorities where there is an immediate safety or fraud concern.

4. Member interactions and safety

BFM provides a platform for introductions; we are not a party to communications, meetings, engagements, marriages, or disputes between members and families. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to proceed with another person.

Before sharing further personal information, transferring money, travelling, or meeting in person, independently verify identity, family circumstances, marital status, education, employment, finances, and any other matter important to you. Meet in a safe public setting, involve trusted family or friends, and never send money because of pressure or an emergency claim.

Protected contact details belong on the profile detail journey, not public result cards. Contact access may require authentication and one wallet credit for each member/profile pair. Owners are not charged to access their own information, and a completed reveal is recorded to avoid charging twice for the same pair.

5. Wallet credits, payments and Melave

Prices, wallet credits, event charges, and the service provided will be shown in the relevant journey. Wallet credits are account-specific, have no cash value, and may be used only for eligible BFM services. They cannot be transferred, sold, or used as Melava payment.

A link or handoff to a payment provider does not itself confirm payment. Credits, registrations, or paid status are updated only after an authorised administrator record or verified server-side confirmation. Free Melave may complete without payment; paid registrations can remain pending until collection or verification.

Except where a specific offer states otherwise or applicable law requires it, refund eligibility depends on the relevant service, whether it has been supplied or consumed, and the circumstances of the request. Contact support promptly if a payment appears incorrect or duplicated. Chargebacks or payment disputes raised dishonestly may result in restricted access while the matter is reviewed.

6. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photographs, text, biodata, and other content you submit. You give BFM a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and promote your matrimonial profile according to your settings and these Terms.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for all submitted content. If you provide a success story or testimonial for publication, we will use it according to the permission obtained for that purpose.

The BFM website, branding, interface, software, original text, and compilation of service content are owned by or licensed to BFM. You may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, distribute, frame, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

7. Suspension, profile removal and termination

You may ask to close your account or remove a profile by contacting support. We may hide content, suspend access, reject or remove a profile, cancel an event registration, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to address a breach, fraud risk, safety concern, legal requirement, payment issue, or harm to members or the service.

Where practical, we may notify you or allow an explanation. Serious abuse, impersonation, unlawful content, security attacks, or immediate safety concerns may result in action without advance notice. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment records, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and enforcement—survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Profiles and member communications may contain information supplied by users or families. Unless expressly stated, BFM does not guarantee identity, background, compatibility, conduct, financial position, health, qualifications, intentions, or the truth or completeness of profile information. Approval or moderation is not an endorsement.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular number of matches, a successful introduction, attendance at an event, or any matrimonial outcome. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, medical, or relationship advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from member conduct, reliance on profile information, external services, unauthorised copying, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you submit, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, discontinue use and request account closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer rights or mandatory forum rules that apply, disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of the public BFM service.
